Location right by the sea and good starting point for excursions, air conditioning, partly modernly furnished (1st apartment as in the photo), parking space available
A long search was necessary upon arrival, there was no sign for “ERA Beach Appartments”, no contact person on site (reception or similar), communication with the landlord was therefore difficult or almost non-existent, WiFi did not initially work in apartment 1, and not permanently in apartment 2.
Noisy street, loud music late into the night on the beach and various weddings that were celebrated almost every day directly opposite the house. Neighboring properties are rather unkempt.
Second apartment rather sparsely furnished, no balcony furniture, fly screen broken,
Both bathrooms needed to be completely replaced, no toilet roll holders, some no shower enclosure, both water heaters in the bathrooms leaked and regularly left puddles of water on the floor, and there was no toilet paper when we arrived.
The kitchen equipment is rather inadequate: e.g. only 2 knives, no small spoons, no possibility to make coffee, an espresso pot in the corner that is still filled and not cleaned
